W3O was awarded Phase 1 of this exciting development in the heart of the Southern Suburbs in Cape Town. The project entailed the construction of a luxury estate comprising four bespoke homes. The initial phase only included completing the structures, but subsequently W3O has also been awarded the finishing packages in Phase 2. This is a complex project which requires a lot of technical and specialist work on site. We look forward to handing over this exciting project towards the end of 2024.
