W3O completed the replacement of the existing thatch roof and structure with a new metal roof, including flashings and underlay as specified in the architectural plans. Ground and first-floor walkways were extended with infill slabs per the engineer’s specifications. The project also included a phased refurbishment of bedrooms and public areas, along with a full interior and exterior repaint.
