W3O successfully completed the alterations and additions to the existing Emerald Resort and Casino Hotel, marking the transformation of one of the Vaal’s most recognisable hospitality destinations.
The refurbishment included a full interior upgrade of all 75 guest rooms, an expanded restaurant featuring a brand, new kitchen, and upgraded conference facilities. Externally, the project delivered a striking new roof structure replacing the original thatch, complemented by a refreshed façade that modernises the hotel’s overall appearance.
Working within an operational resort environment required precise coordination, careful phasing, and close collaboration with the client and professional team to minimise disruption while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
