First Nation Schools appointed W3O to complete Phase 2 of their expansion project at the Lyndhurst campus which was a Multi-Level Classroom Facility. The slab and columns were in place from Phase 1 – with W3O needing to alter the lift shaft and then complete the structure which involved steel structure, hollow core slabs, brickwork, epoxy floors and then all the remaining trades required to finish a typical school block. Due to the live environment and it being at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic access and staff protocols were constantly monitored and updated.
