W3O were awarded this project by Sasol Pension Fund to extend their existing mall, upgrade sections and build the grey box for a new Planet Fitness gym. This project was executed in a live environment which required nightwork for the demo works and wet trades which is always a challenge, added to that was retrofitting the structural integrity of the building to allow for the additional weight the gym would add to the slabs.
