Bishopscourt new build after an initial proposed renovation. This was a challenging build as it was built on a specialist raft foundation due to the high clay content of the soil in the area. Outstanding features are the industrial-style double volume entrance and living areas with sweeping oak and glass floating staircase all designed around the spectacular Bishopscourt views. Another fun but technical part of the project was the concrete off-shutter work using timber planks to create a timber imprint look and feel.
