W3O was appointed to complete Phase 1 of this project totalling 80 houses – a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom homes. W3O engaged with the community, agreed participation and outside of one days stoppage – had no further issues due to our open and transparent approach. Without doubt there were lessons learnt as there always is with out of town projects – but our team responded and ensured timelines from the developer were met.
