W3O recently completed this 17 000 sqm refurbishment and upgrade of the common areas in the East Gate Mall. This 15-month project proceeded in a live environment, with the mall needing to be returned to centre management in a trading condition after every night shift. This without a doubt has to be regarded as one of our toughest projects to date, a lot of lessons learnt, method statements/risk assessments changed and with 100% confidence we now know how to do this type of project should we be asked to in the future.
