This highly intricate two part project consisted of initial deep excavations to divert and prepare services and then the construction of a 3 level, 3700sqm theatre block with minimal working space – next to live theatres. As was stated at the opening ceremony by the head resident doctor, this was the first project in memory handed over on time with the quality even by W3O’s high standards considered exceptional. This is a project W3O are proud of and testament of what happens when you have a professional team, contractor and subcontractors all working towards a common goal of delivering a project for the client as a team.
