W3O were awarded the contract to renovate the old Destiny Spa, Hotel and ICC for the Arkani Property Group who were to lease the properties to the Radisson Group – the projects were split into three sub-sections with the first project to be completed being the new Radisson Conference Centre. This project was executed in 2 months working 20 hour days to ensure that the facility was ready for the first set of conferences towards the end of 2020.
