W3O won this project after an extremely competitive tender process. The project scope included the completion of an upmarket 28 unit apartment building in the affluent suburb of Newlands, Cape Town. Comprising five floors and a basement, this project was completed in September 2024. This project serves as an example of our ability to deliver multi-level apartment developments. This project has overcome many challenges, including severe winter rains and ongoing design changes on a site that has tricky logistics.
