The Valour is a 54 unit residential apartment block which is situated in the suburb of De Waterkant in Cape Town. The scope of work includes the refurbishment and fit out of an existing heritage building, while also adding an additional two floors of bulk. This project is the first time people living in the CBD would have seen a W3O crane which is extremely exciting for our business in Cape Town. This project is due to be completed by February 2025.
