The first project was tendered and the second was executed using negotiated rates which is testament to the output of the project team onsite. Both projects involved gutting the floors – 9 in total, and re-instating each floor for either lecture rooms or offices. These floors had the usual bathrooms, lift lobby and kitchen upgrades. At the same time other ad hoc areas were refurbished in the basement and walkway bridge.
