Blackbrick Gardens is a 93 unit apartment block set in Gardens, Cape Town. The scope of works includes the internal demolitions and refurbishment of an existing industrial property being converted into a residential building. In addition, we will be extended the building by two stories to increase the bulk of the property. We are working with a seasoned developer and professional team and we are looking forward to completing this innovative and exciting project which is due for completion by March 2025.
