W3O was appointed to undertake and complete the new construction of a Life Centre for CHS in the Southern Suburbs. This was an exciting project for the team at W3O as it would give so much back to many people once it was completed. The contract, which included the site earthworks, was to build a double-storey structure comprising 1800 square meters. Besides the space for the congregation, the space built included a creche and coffee shop for the public to use. This project was a great addition to the Cape Town portfolio and was successfully handed over to the client in November 2022.
