W3O delivered a new four, storey student accommodation development in Pretoria for Adowa Living, addressing the growing demand for high, quality, affordable student housing in the area.
Block D includes a carefully considered mix of single and double rooms, with communal kitchens on both sides of each floor to promote social interaction and a sense of community. Secure internal staircases ensure safe movement throughout the building, while a compact and efficient form maximises use of the tight urban site.
