The existing house was an older, run-down property acquired by our client. Our scope was to gut the entire house and renovate to the Architects design and finish. During demolition, it was found that the existing top structure was a sub-standard build which resulted in the demolition of the 1st floor and the rebuilding thereof. The addition of a wrap-around balcony was an elegant added feature that maximised on the majestic Bishopscourt views.
