Major renovation of one of Clifton’s most prestigious addresses. The build was on a challenging site and demanded the most high end finishes. Outstanding features were the spectacular joinery elements throughout the house. The magnificent swimming pool had mosaic and iroko finishes combined with a breathtaking water-feature down the side of the house. This was a dream project for one of Cape Town’s most expensive residences.
