A complete gut and demolition of the single story existing house leaving a few external walls and the footprint intact. We then rebuilt a magnificently designed double story home with a client who spared no costs in ensuring they had a high quality finish. With wonderful clients and a hands on architect this was a fantastic project with a first class outcome.
