Completed in September 2024, W3O’s Melrose Surgical Centre project transformed an existing building into a state-of-the-art medical facility in Melrose Estate. Key additions included a new second floor with advanced theatres, a 30-bed day ward, dialysis unit, radiology, consulting suites, FEM Clinique, and a coffee shop. The project reflects W3O’s commitment to creating high-quality, patient-centered healthcare spaces.
