W3O successfully completed the refurbishment of the existing ICU, Section 1, and Link Passage, including the replacement of the roof over this area. The project involved structural alterations, new internal divisions, and upgraded floor, wall, and ceiling finishes. Additionally, mechanical, wet services, electrical, electronic, and medical gas installations were fully modernized. The roof was replaced with a timber structure and sheet metal covering, with the total construction area spanning 1,200m².
