W3O were awarded the contract to renovate the old Destiny Spa, Hotel and ICC for the Akani Property Group who were to lease the properties to the Radisson Group – the projects were split into three sub-sections with this second project to be completed as the Armani Spa & Wellness with the head tenant being Tammy Taylor Nails.
