W3O was awarded this project in the fourth quarter of 2023. This exciting student accommodation development will be our most exciting project taken on to date. Comprising 687 student beds split over a 10 storey multi-level development, this project is set to change the current neighbourhood in Woodstock. The W3O team is working in partnership with a strong professional team and an ambitious client who has projects across the country. This project is set for completion in December 2025.
