This exciting project in Kenilworth, Cape Town, is a sixteen unit residential apartment block spread comprising three floors and a basement. W3O were awarded this project and the project is set for completion in November 2024. This project has several engineering challenges initially owing to tricky subterrain conditions, but our dedicated team on site overcame these obstacles and is looking forward to handing over a beautifully completed product to our client.
