W3O successfully completed the transformation of this multi-use building, which included selective demolitions on the ground floor and façade upgrades on the upper levels. The project involved a full refurbishment of the ground-floor retail area, new internal layouts for residential units, and enhancements to common areas. Upgrades extended to the roof, featuring new waterproofing and an outdoor entertainment area. The building’s exterior received a refreshed façade, including new finishes and painting. Additionally, the project included new mechanical and electrical installations, as well as the replacement of external paving.
